Jane mabrysmith

is a Seattle based writer, lyricist, composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist who enjoys creating music, telling stories, and helping others with their projects.

Her most recent collaborators include Amy Denio (Kultur Shock), DAIPAN Butoh, and the Berlin Guitar Ensemble.

Currently, Jane is wrapping up an 8 year project with Amy Denio as editor to her soon to be published memoir. Applause for the Bridge is due out Summer 2025. Earlier this year, she contributed bass to the Berlin Guitar Ensemble recording Project (release tbd), and she produced Womb Worlds, a 33 minute soundscape for DAIPAN Butoh's performance at the Seattle International Butoh Festival. .
